Royalton Luxury Resorts expands its All-In Luxury® to include fitness and wellness. 

As the connoisseurs of the evolving all-inclusive model, the fitness programming at Royalton Luxury Resorts now brings guests a variety of fitness and wellness classes, taught by professional and certified instructors. 

*Not available in Cuba. Fitness class availability may vary by resort.

Bootcamp/Beach Bootcamp

Instructor-led exercises focus on building athletic strength and conditioning using various workout equipment and bodyweight exercises. 

  • This is the ultimate 50-minute full body workout as part of a moderate to high intensity interval circuit. 
  • Open to all fitness levels.  
  • Guests with injuries will receive modified movements by the instructor. 

Cardio Abs/Beach abs

A high-intensity and dynamic class that integrates intervals of moderate to high intensity cardio and abdominal-based workouts.

• A 40-minute workout to burn off body fat and tone the mid-section
• Strong abdominal muscles improve the strength of your mid to lower back, eliminating aches and the risk of injuries.   
• Open to all fitness levels.

Spinning Class

Sweat away your stress in our high-energy spinning classes that includes 30 minutes of spinning led by an instructor.     

• You will burn anywhere from 400-600 calories depending on the intensity and time in the saddle. 
• Offered for everyone from beginners to fitness gurus.     
• The circuit will conclude with 5-10 minutes of static stretches. 

Yoga

These 50-minute workouts quiet your mind, body and soul in this Vnyasa-flow-yoga-inspired workout, with influences of Ashtanga, hatha and Iyengar yoga. 

• Strengthen and lengthen your body with hip openers, back-bends, forward-bends, core-strengthening and stabilizing exercises.  
• Enjoy this hypnotic, Zen-like workout as you release tension in your body through soothing and energizing yoga postures. 
• Open to all fitness levels.

Pool Yoga

Pool Yoga is the ideal low impact workout. The perfect exercise to help center your mind and body. Make this aquatic workout part of your daily routine, while you visit. 

  • Pool yoga is meant to decrease gravitational pull and is therefore not as hard on your body.

Sunrise Yoga

Perfect for the early risers! Start your vacation with the sounds of the ocean and fresh morning breeze. Meditate and flow through an instructor-led practice to get the perfect stretch.

Pilates & Stretch/Yoga & Abs

It’s all about the core! Gain those long-lean muscles that you have been hoping for through these challenging, yet enjoyable Pilates workouts and stretches.

• Flow through controlled exercises to help stabilize, strengthen and lengthen the abdomen muscles, lower back and gluteal muscles. 
• Open to all fitness levels.

Zumba/Dance Fit

Join in on the fun and funky dance cardio workout with this Latin-inspired dance cardio routine! 

  • Flow through choreographed exercises and work up an amazing sweat while learning new dance moves.

  • The routines involve movements that combine slow and fast rhythms that tone and strengthen the body.  

Aqua-fit

Take a break from the bar and have tons of fun working out your entire body while keeping cool in the pool.  Stay in the sun and plunge into this amazing Aqua-fit Workout!      

  • A 30-minute Aqua Fit workout!
  • Exercising in water reduces the risk of injuries and is easy on joints. 
  • Incorporates strength-training, kickboxing, cardio and ab workouts.            

TRX Training

The TRX Suspension Trainer was created by a Navy SEAL on deployment, recognizing that physical strength is mission critical. 

  • This is the perfect workout for beginners and advanced fitness enthusiasts!
  • The TRX is a great tool to tone and strengthen your full body while burning loads of calories in a short period of time.
