Hideaway at Royalton Riviera Cancun Opens Private Chef’s Table C/X Culinary Experience

This private dining experience is a show of culinary talent, where courses are prepared in an open kitchen, then unveiled and savored by guests one at a time. A ceremony that brings each person through seven unforgettable courses, each with its own musical soundtrack, the C/X Culinary Experience is a creatively curated event.

Seated banquet-style at a long table, the gastronomic adventure begins with the guest’s choice of foie gras, yellowfin tuna, duck magret in a tamarind glaze and king crab, served acapulco style. A brief pause comes from pumpkin blossoms followed by sorbet to cleanse the palate then rising to the pinnacle of sea scallops on truffle oil risotto, sea bass a la talla, and Black Angus tenderloin. The C/X Culinary Experience rests with a chocolate course, signaling the close of a memorable culinary journey.
